Carmen Robles has more than 30 years of experience in grassroots community development. Robles is an expert at bringing together key stakeholders to foster self-sufficiency within the Latino communities through access and equitable inclusion towards health and education equality.

Her strong background in public relations, multicultural marketing, and youth development has earned her national recognition. Carmen Robles is a recognized and respected journalist and storyteller.
Robles' background includes an appointed to the Minnesota State Board of Education. She was the legislative and cultural liaison to then Minnesota, Governor Arne Carlson.
Robles was recognized in a Peabody award-winning mentoring campaign. She is a successful program developer, trainer, and coach; a motivational, inspirational and engaging public speaker.
