The Cinco de Mayo parade unit was sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS)
During the 2019 St. Paul Cinco de Mayo Parade, ALMAS students created and performed an original message addressing the growing opioid epidemic in the Latino/Hispanic/Afro-Latino and LatinX communities.
